Ahmed Lachheb is a third-year Ph.D. student in the Instructional Systems Technology (IST) Program. Prior to joining IST, Ahmed worked as an Instructional Technologist and a Designer at Fort Hays State University, KS. He holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Grand Valley State University College of Education and a BA in English from the University of Sfax, Tunisia.
Candace is a third-year Ph.D. student in the IST Program. She is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and “together” progress. As a designer, she sees a responsibility to consider the collective which is why she willingly took the opportunity to be the president of GIST. Her main area of interest within IST is designing impactful instruction as an agency.
Haesol Bae is a third year PhD student in the IST program. Her current research is focused on learning through problem-solving, PBL with using technology in K-12 settings, and teacher professional development. Prior to moving to IU, she was an English head teacher in Seoul, Korea for 4 years and also she worked at English government program as a teacher trainer for native English teachers. Currently she is a research assistant for a PBL-tech team.
